Welcome: Good morning. I was so happy to see Uncle Moe, Aunt Aviva, cousin Henry and cousin Hannah yesterday. Later in the day, I had a great dinner with salmon, salt potatoes, and corn on the cob. For desert I had a chocolate bar and some double stuffed Oreos. I call my maternal grandma Omi or Ome, depending on your personal spelling. In German grandma is Oma, so that is where it comes from.

Welcome: Good morning. I truly had a wonderful weekend. I saw so many family members, it was a dream come true. I saw my great-grandma June, I call her Nana June. I had fed her breakfast and dinner. I saw my grandma Marcy. I visited with cousin Philip and his daughter Gail. I enjoyed eating a burger, the veggie kind, with my cousin Micci. Most wonderfully, I met my great-granduncle Bill and great-grandaunt Barb. The day I met them was one of the happiest days in my life. I felt so much raw joy, it almost was as if I found a part of me that had been hidden. I still remember when we first arrived at their house a few days ago, Uncle Bill opened his garage, I walked in, and there he was ready to give me a big hug. My family is my highest value, it hurts to lose them, but heals to find them. Sending this one out to all my family: I love you!

Special: On the drive home, the weather was a disaster. The rain was pouring. I don't mean heavy rain, I mean the sky opened up and would not close. This was extremely heavy rain. Welcome: Good afternoon. I went to see the doctor yesterday, just for a yearly physical. I got a vaccine for something, my arm no longer hurts in that spot today. Last night was actually very nice. On some days my sister and I agree, fall is coming soon. For me, the autumn season begins September 1st, I know for many it begins later. Already, a question going around is will it be a busy winter?
