Tropical Forecast: We have three areas to watch.
1. Tropical Storm Peter has formed. Peter is east of the Lesser Antilles. For now it seems it will remain away from the US but we must watch.
2. Tropical Depression Seventeen has formed. Seventeen is southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. It does not look like it will move near the US.
3. A tropical wave will move off of Africa later today. It will be moving west. I give it a small chance of development.
