Tropical Forecast: We have four areas to watch. 

1. Hurricane Sam will not directly impact the US. Large waves and rip currents will be possible along the East Coast. Bermuda and Atlantic Canada must watch where Sam goes.

2. The Remnants of Peter organized slightly but then disorganized again. They are east of Bermuda. I give them a medium chance of redevelopment.

3. A broad area of low pressure is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. It is southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. I give it a high chance of development.

4. A tropical wave is disorganized. It is southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands. I give it a high chance of development.
