Alert: A Winter Weather Advisory will go into effect, for both Berkshire and Bennington County, starting 7:00 PM tonight and going until 1:00 AM tomorrow.
Timing: A wintry mix will develop this evening. As the night moves forward some light icing may occur. As we get very late tonight, the weather conditions should settle down. In general, if driving tonight be cautious of slippery roads.
Snow: Scattered snow is possible. A coating is the most likely, with some reaching 1 inch.
Sleet: Widespread sleet is likely. A coating of sleet is possible.
Freezing Rain: Widespread freezing rain is likely. Less than 1/10 of an inch of ice is expected.
Rain: Widespread rain is likely. Rainfall should not exceed half an inch.
Thunder: Not expected.
Peak Wind: (Tonight) 10 to 20 mph. Coming from the South Southwest.
Blowing/Drifting Snow: Not expected.
