Outcomes: Here are the outcomes in a nutshell. If the line of severe thunderstorms falls apart before it reaches us, we may just get some gusty showers. However, if the line of severe thunderstorms can stay together by the time it reaches us, we may be looking at a bigger severe threat. Each scenario is possible.

Timing: Late this afternoon through tonight.

Amount Of Storms: Scattered normal thunderstorms are expected. Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible.

Tornados: An isolated tornado or two is possible.

Hail: Isolated small hail is possible.

Wind: Isolated to scattered severe wind gusts are possible. Some gusty non-severe winds are possible in any thunderstorm.

Flooding: In any thunderstorm there may always be: downpours. Some very heavy rain is possible in these severe thunderstorms which could cause: higher rivers, ponding on roads, and isolated land flooding.
