Alert: A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 11:00 PM tonight through Noon tomorrow.

Timing: We may all start as rain late tonight but as time progresses it will cool the lower atmosphere. So at the surface there will be cool temperatures with warm temperatures above which means freezing rain. It should all turn to plain rain by the late morning or early afternoon.

Snow: Not expected.

Sleet: Isolated sleet is possible with little to no accumulation expected.

Freezing Rain: This prediction is what I think right now. Freezing rain is very challenging to predict so take it with a grain of salt. Generally one tenth to one third of an inch of ice is expected.
