Welcome: Today will be a report on how Ida will impact us. Thank you to all who donated and supported my work yesterday. Also good evening.

Timing: Ida will start impacting us Wednesday and continue through Thursday.

Wind: Winds will not really be a threat unless the storm restrengthens into a subtropical storm or extratropical storm. Also if it moves north or if the pressure gradient between the high pressure and low pressure strengthens. So just gust up to 25 mph.

Rain: Isolated to scattered flash flooding because of the previous rain from Henri and Fred. Widespread 2 to 4 inches. Isolated amounts of 4 to 6 inches.

Tornado: Very isolated tornados if we are on the east side of the storm.

Summary: This storm will mainly bring lots of rain, heavy rain bands with gusty winds are possible. Power outages will be isolated. Have a good night.
