Tropical Forecast: We have three areas to watch. 

1. Hurricane Sam will soon become a strong post-tropical system. 

2. Tropical Depression Victor is weakening and will likely die out by tonight.

3. A surface trough has disorganized showers. It is near the southeastern Bahamas. I give it a small chance of development.

Notable Amounts: So far I received 1.49 inches of rain from this storm system, tomorrow I will post the storm total.
