Welcome: Good morning. The two tropical systems known as Sam and Victor are no more. Victor weakened into a broad area of low pressure and Sam turned into a non-tropical system. It‘s interesting how storms can form near Africa and then go end near Greenland or Iceland, it is a huge journey…
