Tropical Forecast: We have three areas to watch.
1. Usually I do not cover hurricanes in the Eastern Pacific but today I will. Hurricane Pamela will hit Mexico and then bring heavy rain to Texas. We will have to watch if we get heavy rain from Pamela as well.
2. A tropical wave is falling apart. It is east of the Windward Islands. I give it a little to no chance of development.
3. A tropical wave is disorganized. It is near Cuba and Hispaniola. I give it a small chance of development.
