1. Sub-tropical Storm Wanda has formed. Wanda will likely stay out to sea.

2. A low pressure system is disorganized. It is southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. I give it a small chance of development.

Notable Amounts: I got 1.37 inches of rain from the rainstorm that is slowly moving out of the area.
