Timing: Tonight through Tuesday morning.
Precipitation Amounts: A widespread 1 inch of rainfall is likely, 2 inches being scattered and 3 inches being isolated. Locally lower or higher amounts will be possible.
Wind: 5 to 15 mph, with gusts to 30 mph.
Flooding: Isolated flooding will be possible here or there. Isolated river flooding may also be a threat.

2. Tropical Storm Victor formed southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. Right now Victor seems like it will stay out to sea. It also may become a hurricane.
3. A trough of low pressure has become less organized. It is in the middle of the Cabo Verde Islands and Lesser Antilles. I give it little to no chance of development.
